Carolyn Buonanno-Chase

Carolyn comes to Gordon after nineteen years of teaching and learning at Moses Brown School’s middle school. During this time she taught World history and Latin. She also served as an advisor to students and families, worked with co-curricular groups, and coached. Before Moses Brown, Carolyn taught fifth to eighth grade in the Brookline, MA Public School system. In recent years Carolyn has focused her professional development and classroom teaching on supporting a wide range of learning needs and styles of middle school students. She earned her B.A. in Classics from Brown University and a Masters in Teaching from Simmons College.
