Math Club

Math Club is open to all fourth to eighth graders. Students should have a strong understanding of the four operations and be comfortable solving challenging non-routine problems.

Occasionally, third graders who have had exposure to higher level math and can work independently and persevere on problem sets have participates in Math Club, on the recommendation of the math specialist or their homeroom teacher.

The club will meet from September 10th to May 28th There is no cost to join nor any fees for the competitions.

The fourth to sixth grade meetings, 3:35-4:30 on Thursdays, are structured around preparing for Mathematical Olympiads for Elementary and Middle Schools. More information about MOEMS is at www.moems.org.
