Schedules, news, and links

Where are the game schedules?

Game and meet schedules now live permanently in the school's Google calendar system.

The schedules for the fall season are now there, in the calendar "06 Middle School athletics". Games are listed with their actual start time and end times. Any additional information that is available, like the bus's estimated return time for away games, will be in each game's "notes" field.

Instructions on adding this calendar to your computer or your device are at www.gordonschool.org/setup

This system does not notify you if there are changes.

If you have a child on an athletics team and you child's schedule changes after today, you will be notified via email, either in Mr. Ray's Friday email or, if necessary, through a standalone email during the school week.

If you have a child on an athletics team and you haven't received one of Mr. Ray's updates this year, reach out to him at dray@gordonschool.org (or just reply to this email)

Concussion policies

Gordon is committed to raising awareness about the seriousness of concussions. Information on concussions for both parents and players, as well as Gordon's official policy on concussions, is linked below.

Prior to the athletics season, Gordon coaches complete an online concussion training program. Throughout the season, they are provided with additional support as well as head injury protocols by the school nurse.
