Frequently asked questions

Q: Is there an admission fee?
A: No. Admission is free and open to the public. However, tickets (or all-day passes) are required for the activities, and will be available for purchase at Carnival.

Q: Why buy an all day pass?
A: With an all day pass your child can enjoy ticket-free access to the rides, games, crafts, Lego building and petting zoo. Your kids will thank you! Passes are $5 less if you order in advance, so order them today on the Carnival website!

Q: Should I bring cash with me to Carnival?
A: Yes. This year we are going to try to have card readers outside for face painting, glitter tattoos, popcorn and cotton candy, but bring cash just to be safe. Credit cards can be used for tickets, passes, Gordon Gear and food trucks.

Q: Do I need to sign a Waiver of Liability?
A: Any child who wishes to ride the Extreme Bungee needs to have the waiver form signed by a parent/guardian. Forms can be downloaded here and can be returned to the front desk. You can also sign a waiver on the day of Carnival.

Q: Can I invite friends who do not attend Gordon?
A: Absolutely! Spread the word! Carnival is open to the public. Share the Facebook event!

Q: Can I help?
A: Yes, please! Carnival is completely volunteer run, so we need lots of help! Shifts are two hours or less, so you can still have plenty of time to enjoy Carnival with your family. Visit the volunteer website now for the list of shifts and to sign up for a choice spot!

Q: Where can I browse and buy tickets for the raffle?
A: Our raffle offers an assortment of fabulous prizes generously donated by Gordon families and friends. Raffle will be on display and tickets will be available at Carnival, May 19th. Tickets are $2 each, 6 for $10 or 15 for $20.

Q: When will the raffle drawings occur?
A: Raffle drawings will take place at the end of Carnival, May 19. Winners need not be present, but raffle items must be picked up at the school. Winners will be posted on the Carnival website by the Monday after Carnival.

A: Carnival t-shirts will be distributed the week before Carnival. (t-shirt deadline was April 28th)

Q: Can I buy Carnival t-shirts at Carnival?
