Community building events
Gordon students benefit when their parents and caregivers are connected with one another and with the school. With that in mind, Gordon parents and caregivers come together throughout the year in a variety of informal events, on campus and off.
Those events have already begun with the series of meetups arranged by grade representatives prior to the start of school. As the year plays out, more will be shared through the Thursday Gordon News or through emails from the GCA, Gordon’s volunteer organization.

AISNE webinar series
This year, in addition to parent education nights, Coffees in the Commons, Ages and Stages and the rest of Gordon's regular parent programming, Gordon is trying something new.
Gordon caregivers are invited to a series of webinars curated by the Association of Independent Schools of New England, each aimed at giving independent school families practical insights, encouragement, and meaningful guidance.
More about the webinars, their presenters, and information on how to access them will be posted at www.gordonschool.org/aisne. Webinars will be archived for several months after they occur.
These webinars bring in a wide range of perspectives, and Gordon parents are invited to gather and process the webinars at the Friday morning Coffees in the Commons that immediately follow each presentation.
