LGBTQ+ admission reception

Thursday, January 24th, 5:30pm-7:30pm
for parents who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community

Parents who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community are invited to meet LGBTQ+ identifying faculty, engage with members of Gordon’s leadership team, learn more about Gordon’s Rainbow Family Alliance, speak to participants in Gordon’s Middle School Gender and Sexuality Alliance (GSA), and discuss Gordon’s intentional, research based approach to gender safe schools, and gender and sexuality education.

A Gordon graduate presented about LGBTQ+ literature at the fall 2017 GLSEN conference, in partnership with Gordon faculty more

Faculty regularly consult with peer schools and professional organizations on topics in gender and sexuality

The Joukowsky Family Library includes a rich collection of LGBTQ-positive literature and resources, with titles appropriate for every age
