Logging into Gordon's site
Gordon's main public website does not require any logins or registration. But as your relationship to Gordon deepens, you will find yourself needing to log in to password-protected systems.
Logging in while applying
When you are first applying to Gordon, you create an account in Gordon's main database. You can log in and track your application's progress any time at www.gordonschool.org/parentlogin
Parent portals and logins
There are several password protected spots where parents of students will need to go to fill out forms, find resources, make payments, and look up information:
The parent portal
www.gordonschool.org/parentlogin
This is the main database. It has many features, including a well-curated resource library with links to other portals and parent FAQs, a searchable parent directory, and the forms you need to add or remove people from your child’s approved pick-up list. It is also the place where teachers will post classroom connections, giving you a glimpse into life in your child’s classroom.
After school signup portal
www.gordonschool.org/gators
Registration for programs that happen between 3:30 and 5:30pm are all gathered behind one login, for your convenience and to help the school track every student’s after school plans. The only exceptions are music lessons, which are arranged directly with instructors through the contact information at www.gordonschool.org/musiclessons. This is also the link you use for summer camps and camps over school breaks, and for Gator Day daylong care when it is offered.
The health form portal, or "August Schools"

This is where you upload health forms at the beginning of the year, and where you go to update your child's health information over the course of the year.
The FIT portal

Families go here during the application process to set their FIT price, and will return there every three years to reassess it. Learn more about the FIT process for enrolled families at www.gordonschool.org/fees
Payment portal for tuition or “Blackbaud Tuition Management”

Families go here to make payments and to review their billing information.
