How can picture books help families talk about gender with young children?

Two dozen parents, faculty and staff, and a team of visitors from Roland Park School in Baltimore, gathered in the Joukowsky Family Library on Tuesday as Gordon's librarian and Gordon's Director of Health and Wellness led a workshop on this topic.

It was a lively followup to a series of parent gatherings that happened in the fall of 2019. Video of the talk, and resources that were shared (including a wonderful set of tips on answering children's questions), are below.
