Fourth graders head to battle

The fourth grade Battle of the Books was this morning

It’s the exciting climax to a year’s worth of reading.

All year long, Gordon’s fourth graders read from a list of titles developed by the librarians at local independent schools.

At the Battle, all of the schools' fourth graders are quizzed on the books in a morning of friendly competition.

Each school also performs a cheer based on moments from the books. 

Ask any student who has been through Gordon's fourth grade; there's a good chance they still remember their cheer.
