Activists, aged three and five

If your Kindergartener, or your college student, starts requesting "no straw, please" at restaurants, they may have gotten the idea from these two Gordon students above.

These two siblings - in Gordon's Nursery and Kindergarten - presented alongside UMass Dartmouth students and professors at Saturday's Love Your Ocean event, held at the UMass Dartmouth School for Marine Science & Technology

Their talk on the dangers of single-use plastic gave powerful examples of how everyone can be a force for positive change in their daily lives.

Even in the youngest grades, Gordon students find age-appropriate ways to advocate confidently for justice in an increasingly complex world. Learn more at Gordon's Open House, Saturday, November 3rd from 10am to 1pm.
