The Gordon School

A celebration at the heart of the school

Recognizing twenty years of the Joukowsky Family Library

In the middle of the 2022 Book Fair, Gordon paused to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of the Joukowsky Family Library.

Dozens of students, alumni, parents, faculty past and present, and friends gathered to celebrate in a receptition held before the evening presentation by Wade and Cheryl Hudson.

Librarian Frances Martindale spoke, along with Head of School Noni Thomas López, Izzy Ragona ’21, and a member of the current eighth grade (videos below).

And yes, there was birthday cake, and Jane Joukowsky and Oliver Joukowsky ’13 were on hand to help cut it.
