Gordon’s G-Notes meet their high school counterparts
The G-Notes, Gordon’s seventh and eighth grade a cappella group, got to spend the afternoon today with Wheeler’s high school school group, the 18 Wheelers.
Six of the eighteen 18 Wheelers are Gordon alumni, which made it especially easy for them all to connect.
The Wheeler group gave a brief performance, followed by lunch in the sunshine catered by Gordon neighbors the Burrito Bowl. Then, they all went into the Wales Theater for games, singalongs and improvisations.
above: As veteran G-Notes fans might expect, White Winter Hymnal, a longtime staple of the G-Notes repertoire, got a spontaneous airing over lunch.
