Kerrie Donahue, Development Director

Kerrie oversees the fundraising and communications efforts of the school. She manages the endowment and leadership giving efforts, handles parent relations and special events. If you have questions about giving to Gordon or want to volunteer, please contact Kerrie at or 401 434-3833 x117.
Kerrie has over twenty years of development experience in both education and the arts. Since 2002, she has served as the Development Director at Gordon School. She oversees institutional work that includes fundraising, alumni relations, volunteer management, board governance and communications.

Prior to her work at Gordon, she focused on raising support for arts organizations including Trinity Repertory Company, the New England Foundation for the Arts, Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival and DanceAspen. She has a Bachelor of Science in Arts Administration with a concentration in Dance from Butler University. 
Kerrie currently serves on the Board of Farm Fresh RI, and previously served on the Boards of the Albany Berkshire Ballet, Vice President of the Rhode Island Citizens for the Arts, Vice President of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (RI Chapter), and Chair of the National Philanthropy Day Awards. 
Kerrie is originally from Columbus, Ohio and came to Rhode Island in 1996. She currently lives in Barrington with her husband, two children (both Gordon alums) and a puppy.
