Jim Reynolds will be the fifteenth Britt Nelson Visiting Artist, working with second, seventh and eighth graders from April 9th to April 20th. He is a RISD graduate who uses a repousse technique in metal with a focus on creating images from nature.

 

He will present his work to all three divisions of the school while he is here, and give a public talk on the evening of April 18th. His work may be previewed at www.jamesreynoldsmetalwork.com.

 

Shibori artist Hiroko Harada, who was originally scheduled to come to Gordon this year, was forced to postpone her 

residency until next year for health reasons.
