Each year, it has been a challenge to find a high quality Middle School play that can accommodate the large number of students who audition.

 

This year's solution? The Middle School is producing two plays simultaneously, with each play's cast providing the assistant director and stage crew for the other. The arrangement ensures meatier parts for each student, and gives them a chance to experience theater both as a performer and as a crew member. (Two fifth graders will be performing, as dead bodies, in both plays).
