Vacation Camp registration
	All-new adventures for all students   Each age group has different instructors each day   Open 7:30am to 5:30pm
	Names and grades Vacation Camp March 12th to March 26th Gordon-aged siblings of Gordon students are welcome. Parents will need to fill out a health form (available from the front desk) for these children. Vacation Camp Monday, March 12th Vacation Camp Tuesday, March 13th Vacation Camp Wednesday, March 14th Vacation Camp Thursday, March 15th Vacation Camp Friday, March 16th I know that my obligation is to pay the entire fee for this program once I have sent in this form, and that no portion of the fee will be refunded or waived by the school. I know I must pack a lunch for my child, and I know that cell phones, laptops, iPods and other electronic devices are not welcome.   I will send my child with appropriate outdoor clothing.   I know the rate is $50 for up to five hours, and a full day is $90.   I know that Gordon will bill me.
