Office of Diversity and Multicultural Practice
	Since 2001, Gordon's full-time Director of Diversity and Multicultural Practice has been part of the administrative team. The Director works in all areas of the school, focusing on creating and supporting multicultural curriculum and community.   Dr. Kim Ridley, mother of Kali Ridley '09, has been Gordon's Director of Diversity and Multicultural Practice since 2008.
