Head of School Ralph L. Wales

Ralph Wales came to Gordon in July 1994. Under his leadership, the school has strategically planned, implemented, and benefited from numerous initiatives, including increased enrollment and competitive faculty compensation plans. During his tenure the physical plant has also matured with the construction of new classrooms, computer labs, a new library, a fieldhouse, an athletic field, two playgrounds and a music studio. In addition the school’s endowment has grown significantly. Wales is committed to the ongoing development of an integrated multicultural curriculum and to building a racially diverse community of teachers and students.
